We use the API ( Application Programming Interface ) and your writing is redirected automatically to the drawing by the system. We are not able to check the spelling. So we are not able to make any corrections.
If you make a mistake in the personalization section or if the text area is not enough for you, please send the correct and full text via Etsy message.
We are able to correct it only after your message.
You are responsible for correct writing.
2.⚠️PREVIEW DESIGN
❗️ We send a preview design for your confirmation within 1 to 3 business days ( for some personalized designs that are stated in their listings ).
Please frequently check your Etsy messages during this period because we will be able to finalize a drawing after your confirmation.
Please consider that after we send the preview design, the response time is limited to 24 hours due to Etsy obligations.
If you do not reply to the proof message within the specified time, your order will be accepted as approved automatically and the production process will be started.
( Any revision or change cannot be made after the production process has started.)
Exchanging information and sharing images or documents via email is forbidden according to the Etsy Shop Policy. You have to communicate through the Etsy platform otherwise your message(s) cannot be valid.
❗️The finished product colors may vary slightly from the colors of the preview design due to different monitors.
❗ You have the right to request 3️⃣ REVISIONS
Please be clear before requesting a revision.
If you need an opinion about the revisions that you want, please do not hesitate to ask before a revision request

Because we work an average of 2 to 3 hours for each revision.
For this reason, we are able to make "3️⃣ REVISIONS" for an order.
❗ You may select the design direction ( VERTICAL/ HORIZONTAL ) for canvas wrap, framed canvas wrap, poster, acrylic, and digital file.
If the photo you've provided is more suitable for the other direction we may decide to use the other direction.
For this reason, please check the proofs carefully.
And if you still want it with your selected direction, please request the revision.
If you do not request a revision about it and you confirm it the drawing will be finalized.
After it is finalized, there can not be made any revisions.
3.⚠️CHARGE FOR EXTRA REVISIONS
1- If the reason for the revision is caused by our artists not following the customer's instructions, the revisions will be done free of charge.
2- If the revision is caused by the image sent by the customer is not very clear or the customer changing their mind about the photo already drawn; an "EXTRA DRAWING SERVICE" fee will be charged for every new photo drawing ( for example, if the customer changes mind and decides to use a different photo, we charge redrawing for the new photo ).
Because of this reason, please be clear before sending an image.
4. ⚠️ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Personalized orders are not refundable or exchangeable.
( Orders are sent to the drawing design team very fast, sometimes within 10-15 minutes.
And we work an average of 3 to 6 hours to complete each drawing.
For this reason, we can not offer refunds in our shop.)
2. The seller has the right to cancel the order without stating any reason.
RATES OF CANCELLATION:
1. If the item is not in production yet but the illustration is drawn by us; the drawing fee of 50.00 USD will be charged and the rest of your payment will be refunded.
2. If the item is in the production process, shipped, or delivered we are unable to refund.
3. If the digital file is not sent to the buyer yet but the illustration is drawn by us; we are unable to refund.

5. ⚠️SHIPPING INFORMATION:
❗ Please check your delivery address before ordering.
We are able to ship your order/ orders only to your registered shipping address in your Etsy account because all the delivery info is redirected from Etsy to the shipping companies by the API ( Application Programming Interface ) system.
We are not able to make any updates.
❗ If your shipping address is incorrect and the package is lost, we have no responsibility. ( You need to re-order. )
❗ If your shipping address is incorrect and the package can not be delivered and returned to us, we have no responsibility for any inconvenience such as delays.
( The package will be re-shipped after you pay the re-shipment fee.)
❗ If the shipping address is correct but the package is returning, we have no responsibility for the delivery failures.
An investigation process will be started immediately.
After we receive the delivery failure report from the carriers, we re-ship the item without any charge ( There is no refund or discount because of the failures of the carriers).

For Canada: The shipping process varies from 5 to 7 business days (⚠️ P.S.: Due to the customs regulations of the Canadian government, the shipping process may take up to 15 to 25 business days ).

For Canada: There is no express shipping service option for Canada shipments.
6. ⚠️ Examine the package (thoroughly).
As soon as you notice your parcel did not arrive in one piece or the box is dented, you should report the damage to the courier company, and if possible notify the courier himself.
If you accept the parcel, the PROCESS will be as below.
If there is an issue with the product due to the transportation service ( such as crushed, broken, out of order, etc. );

In this case, we need to start a claim from the delivery company on behalf of you.
After the claim, an investigation is started into the process by them.
If they determine that they have a mistake, they will make an indemnity payment to us.

If we determine a production mistake, we will resend the correct item ( we are unable to refund ).
